Disposing of face masks properly is important to prevent the spread of germs and to protect the environment. Here’s how you can dispose of face masks safely:

1. Disposal of Disposable Face Masks (e.g., surgical masks):

Do not throw them in public spaces: Dispose of them in a proper trash bin to avoid contamination or harm to others.

Place the mask in a sealed bag: If you’re in an area where trash bins are scarce, place the used mask in a small plastic bag and seal it before disposing of it in a regular trash can.

Avoid flushing down toilets: Disposable masks should never be flushed, as they can clog plumbing and pollute waterways.

2. Proper Handling During Disposal:
